TORONTO - Colin Campbell had a busy start to his work week.The NHL's disciplinarian made two rulings on Monday, giving Los Angeles Kings defenceman Denis Gauthier a five-game suspension and Pittsburgh Penguins forward Tyler Kennedy a one-game ban.
