The Anaheim Ducks have called a press conference before tonight’s game against the Buffalo Sabres and according to my sources they will announce that Scott Niedermayer is returning to the team. Niedermayer will not be playing in the game against the Sabres but is expected to return to the team on December 12th when the Ducks host the Vancouver Canucks. An official announcement of when he will return to the ice will be made at the press conference.
