TAMPA, Fla. - The Tampa Bay Lightning signed veteran forward Mark Recchi to a US$1.25-million, one-year deal plus incentives on Monday.Recchi, 40, was picked up by the Atlanta Thrashers off waivers last season from the Pittsburgh Penguins.
