Stars announce Sean Avery will not return to team after serving six-game suspension

In a move that should surprise no one, the Dallas Stars announced Sunday morning that Sean Avery will not return to the team. Representatives for both Avery and the Stars said they would continue to work together in support of Avery during “this critical time” for the player.
