San Jose Sharks place centre Marcel Goc on injured reserve

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The San Jose Sharks placed centre Marcel Goc on injured reserve Friday because of a lower-body injury.Goc was hurt in San Jose's 5-2 win in Boston on Tuesday night, and missed the Sharks' loss Wednesday night in Pittsburgh.
