  1. Hey Doug!

A little FYI! I believe the Lakers has just signed the starting Chinese point guard for next season.

    Terry

  2. Well I’ll be – you are 100% correct, Terry. The Lakers have indeed signed a point guard, Sun Yue, that is Chinese. And the Blackhawks have signed a Nigerian player! Looks like you can’t take anything for granted anymore!

  3. So true! You cant take anything for granted anymore! Cant wait to hear about the Nigerian player for the Blackhawks on the next podcast! keep up the good work!

  4. Well lets see there are players from Great Britian South Africa Korea Japan Nigeria The Bahamas Solvina and the normal hockey powers. Slowly we are becomming a world game.

  5. Obviously the cost of the sport is a big factor. When my hockey association built a bare bones single rink arena, it cost 4 million, throwing together a bare bones field for almost any other sport is in the hundreds, maybe thousands.
