  1. Hi, I was listening to your podcast, and you mentioned the fact that re-alignment is going to be bad because there aren’t two new markets for hockey in the west. I think the two new teams will be in Toronto and Seattle, maybe. The new Toronto team will play in the Western Conference.

    It’s possible. That would go against the NHL wanting all the teams aligned according to their time zones but….with the league being “East heavy” it’s hard for that not to be the case.
