PITTSBURGH - The Pittsburgh Penguins signed forward Janne Pesonen and defenceman Ben Lovejoy to one-year contracts on Monday.Pesonen, of Suomussalmi, Finland, had 34 goals and 44 assists with Oulu Karpat to lead the Finnish Elite League last season.
