OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators have signed defenceman Geoff Waugh to a one-year, two-way contract, the NHL team announced Monday.Waugh appeared in 71 games last season for Ottawa's American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, recording three goals, three assists and 139 penalty minutes.
