Mike Green scores twice to lift Capitals past Panthers 3-1

WASHINGTON - Defenceman Mike Green broke a tie on a power play 43 seconds into the third period, then added an empty-netter, lifting the Washington Capitals past the Florida Panthers 3-1 Saturday night and giving him goals in six consecutive games.
