Four teams drop opposition to Brandon Sugden playing in NHL

The the four teams that opposed tough guy Brandon Sugden returning to the NHL have had a change of heart after the league followed up on his case, according to a report by TSN's Darren Dreger Sugden recently received an invite from the New York Islanders to attend their training camp, but had been denied the opportunity after teams voted not to allow him back after he “retired” during the 2006-07 season while playing with the American League’s Syracuse Crunch.
