OSLO, Norway - Former Philadelphia Flyers forward Patrick Thoresen signed a one-year contract with Swiss hockey club Lugano.Thoresen told Norwegian news agency NTB he is looking forward to a year in Switzerland, but plans to return to the NHL after that.
