First round picks Doughty, Pickard sign entry-level contracts

The Los Angeles Kings inked one of their first round selections in the 2008 draft to a three-year entry level contract. Drew Doughty, who was picked second overall by the Kings in June, played for the Guelph Storm of the Ontario League last season, where he recorded 50 points in 58 games.
