DALLAS - The Dallas Stars made a roster move hours after announcing controversial forward Sean Avery would not be returning to the team.Dallas acquired forward Brian Sutherby from the Anaheim Ducks for David McIntyre and a conditional 2010 sixth-round draft pick.
