QUEBEC - The only other time Canada has looked this good heading into the IIHF World Hockey Championship was because of a lost NHL season.The Canadian team broke training camp with a bang on Thursday, officially adding Jason Spezza, Dany Heatley and Ryan Getzlaf to the lineup before practising on the Colisee Pepsi ice for the first time.
