Buffalo’s Jochen Hecht out two weeks after finger surgery

BUFFALO, N.Y. - Sabres forward Jochen Hecht will miss at least two weeks after having surgery to repair an injured finger on Tuesday. General manager Darcy Regier announced the news after Hecht returned to Buffalo while the Sabres practised in New York to prepare for a game against the Rangers on Wednesday.
